Our Purpose Statement

 To develop a ministry that glorifies God our Creator, edifies the Christian and leads the lost to a saving knowledge of Christ.  We purpose to do that by: Evangelizing where God gives the opportunity; Educating Christians in the Word of God and Encouraging one another in our daily walk with Christ.

I passed a church sign that read, "You think its hot here!" Well, it has been very hot on planet earth but nothing like hell is going to be.  Did you know that hell is a real place? Did you know that Jesus talked a lot about hell?  Did you know that once a person gets to hell there is no place of exit!  Too many of us do not think about the millions of lost people that live around us.  We know they are lost but do we really consider where they will spend eternity? Hell is an awful place. Think of it. There is fire but no light. There is desire but no way to fulfill it. There is memory but it will haunt you for all eternity.
Some folks deny hell or the fact that men will go there. They say that God would not put anyone in a place like hell.  However, Jesus said if we are not saved that's where we will be.  It is not God putting us there, for He has made a way of escape.  It is our pride that keeps us from confessing our sin and trusting in the Lord to save us. We want to go our own way, do our own thing and refuse to humble ourselves before the Lord.

Ask yourself this question. If I died today, where would I spend eternity? If you cannot say with assurance that you'd go to heaven, find a place and call on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and He will save you.
